Call for Submissions | Convocatioria | Convocação 2012
The Vancouver Latin American Film Festival is now accepting film submissions for it's 10th annual festival, which will take place from August 31st to September 9th, 2012. The deadline for all submissions is May 18, 2012.
Submissions are being accepted for the following two competitions (please click on the name of the competition for more information):
10th Anniversary Competition for First-Time Directors (Feature-Length Narrative Films)
General Submission Guidelines:
• All pre-viewing copies must be in region-free DVD format
• English subtitles are required
• All copies must be clearly labeled with:
• Title
• Length of Film
• Contact Information (name, address, telephone, email address)
• You must fill out an ENTRY FORM for each film that you submit.
• Copies must be accompanied by a press kit (synopsis, credits, high-res photo in jpeg format)
• Submissions must be received no later than May 18, 2012. If your work is selected, our office will contact you.
• All submitted copies will become part of our videothèque, unless accompanied by a self-addressed stamped
envelope and a request for a return.
