JC Chavez is a documentary directed by Diego Luna that tells the story of a Mexican boxer from the days when he struggled to survive as a car-washer until the denouement of his career, with historic fights that took him to glory and success as well as defeats and failures.  The documentary not only recounts the achievements of the champion, but also reveals the human side of one of the most important figures in the contemporary history of Mexico.

JC Chávez  es un documental dirigido por Diego Luna que narra la historia de un boxeador mexicano desde los días en que luchaba por sobrevivir como lava co- ches hasta el desenlace de su carrera con históricas peleas que igual lo llevaron a la gloria y al éxito como a derrotas y fracasos.  El documental no  sólo recuenta los logros del campeón, sino que también nos revela el lado humano de una de las personalidades más importantes en la historia contemporánea de México.
