The Cartagena de Indias Film Festival in Colombia celebrates 50 years. The Cartagena de Indias Film Festival in Colombia celebrates 50 years. This year Spain is the guest country at one of the oldest film festivals in Latin America. The festival includes competition sections for Colombian and Ibero American Films in both narrative and documentary. The Ibero American section includes titles such as: EL SECRETO DE SUS OJOS from Argentina; LA YUMA from Nicaragua, which was nominated for the Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film; and VIAJE REDONDO from Mexico.
